General Terms and Conditions of Business<\/h1><\/div>

General Terms and Conditions of Business (hereinafter: GTC) of MB Putni Portal Mirsad Biber<\/h2><\/div>

1. Scope of Application<\/h2><\/div>

These GTC apply to users of the MB Putni Portal platform and relate to the entry and forwarding of their data. MB Putni Portal forwards user data via the platform to the travel organizer. The contract for travel is entered into exclusively between the user and the travel organizer.<\/p>\n<\/div>

2. Services<\/h2><\/div>

MB Putni Portal offers a platform on which travel organizers can advertise their travel packages, and provides a method by which travelers who are interested in a particular travel package can enter the required travel information. Upon submission, this information is forwarded to the travel organizer, who is responsible for organizing the travel.
\nImportant: We are not a travel organizer. The contract for travel is entered into solely between the platform user and the travel organizer. The travel organizer is specified in the respective offer. MB Putni Portal is not a contracting party to the travel contract with the user and is therefore not responsible for the performance of the trip, including but not limited to: flights, transfers, accommodation, transportation, daytrips, visits, or meals. Visa issuance is also not part of the services provided by MB Putni Portal; this is handled and organized by the travel organizer.<\/p>\n<\/div>

3. Consent to Data Processing<\/h2><\/div>

By agreeing to these GTC, the user consents to the processing of the data they enter on the portal.
\nThis consent specifically includes the collection, entry, organization, arrangement, storage, adaptation, or modification of the data, as well as its retrieval, review, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or other forms of making the data available, comparison or linking, restriction, erasure, or destruction. This consent particularly includes the forwarding of data to the travel organizer.
\nBy agreeing to these GTC, the user also consents to MB Putni Portal storing their personal and passport data for a period of time following the end of the trip. The user has the right to revoke this consent at any time.<\/p>\n<\/div>

4. Data Processing and Protection<\/h2><\/div>

The processing of data entered by the user on the MB Putni Portal is carried out in accordance with data protection laws, specifically the EU General Data Protection Requirement. MB Putni Portal is not responsible or liable for any and all data processed by the travel organizer.<\/p>\n<\/div>

5. No Fees for the Use of This Portal<\/h2><\/div>

Use of the platform is free of charge for users. The costs are borne by MB Putni Portal and the travel organizer. MB Putni Portal has no influence on whether the travel organizer directly or indirectly charges these costs to the user. In such a case, the user has no claim against MB Putni Portal.<\/p>\n<\/div>

6. Liability<\/h2><\/div>

As stated in the foregoing, MB Putni Portal is not a travel organizer. Therefore, MB Putni Portal is not liable for the performance of the trip, including but not limited to flights, transfers, accommodation, or meals.<\/p>\n<\/div>

7. Final Provisions<\/h2><\/div>
